Harley Davidson Personality #2

The news has been going around about Harley Davidson's CEO Matt Levatich stating that he wants more youngsters to drop their video game controls and start riding a motorcycle. He has even offered to drop the price of motorcycles just for youngsters.

This raises another personality problem with regard to Harley Davidson. They have too many older age men that own Harley Davidson's when compared to youngsters. This is not a good thing at all. If anything has to happen to them, who would take their place? Will Harley Davidson close down? These are all of the thoughts running around in the mind of the CEO.

The Hell's Angels, who are the famous bad ass motorcycling club, was known for driving Harley Davidson motorcycles first in the late 1930's and was a combination of various other motorcycling clubs worldwide. As such, the youngsters should start their own motorcycling group and maybe this will be a start to a new legend. What do you think? A bit too scary for their parents though. But that's just an idea. A word of caution to those who intend on manning up to this task, you might fall in love with the motorcycles.















Many people have a lot of negativity with regards to the Harley Davidson motorcycling company and i find this extremely hard to believe. How about you? I can't seem to understand why they would try to bring down such an innovative company. I recently spoke to an ex Harley Davidson motorcyclist and he had told me that many people referred to him as being a hooligan due to the fact that he was riding a Harley Davidson. They also referred to The Hell's Angels. I have to admit, I laughed when he told me this because of the sheer lack of knowledge they have.

Another reason is the marketing strategy that Harley Davidson has. Well acoording to some people, there are no advertisements regarding Harley Davidson motorcycles at all. Well this I think is very true. They have no advertisements for as long as i can remember. And this is not a good thing. Many interested customers who wish to make a purchase has no clue as to what is there to offer.

Harley Davidson is world renowned motorcycling company that is know for its mass production of heavy weight motorcycles that fits the needs of their consumers. There are some things that go unnoticed about Harley Davidson which are:

• their friendly services
• they strive to adapt your ride to your liking
• their high tech and innovation skills

Let's be honest. There is much more to Harley Davidson then you know. The next time you have something negative to say about Harley Davidson, ask yourself this question. How much do I really know about Harley Davidson?

Harley Davidson Personality #1 -

When you look at a Harley Davidson motorcycle, what do you feel? Well there are two ways of looking at it. There is the positive as there is the negative. However, the negatives aren't many but some people just want to give Harley Davidson a bad name.

Harley Davidson has been around for almost 102 years and counting, by William S. Harley and Arthur Davidson, and has never been doing better. They bring us the most exclusive and state of the art motorcycle that we have ever seen. Many people don't know this but according to Zack's Equity Research, Harley Davidson company earnings per share have grown in double for 5 consecutive years. This is a remarkable accomplishment for Harley Davidson because this shows that they are striving harder to bring us the best of the best in motorcycles (ZER, 2015).


 

Harley Davidson does have many competition as do they have threats. These competitions are Zonda, Kawasaki and Ducati. Although these are superbikes and Harley's are more for cruising, their accomplishments are not far behind of Harley Davidson. Yes their motorcycles are made for power and style but consider the fact that if the motorcycle goes out-dated, they will have to purchase a new one to keep up with the latest trends. Harley Davidson however can install latest parts on the oldest of models with ease. This is why Harley Davidson is number one with regard to motorcycles.

The threats that concern the Harley Davidson consumers are the prices of the motorcycles. Yes they are steep but ever wondered as to why that is? Well firstly they bring us the latest parts and equipment for the motorcycle, secondly they offer roadside assistance for the first 2 years should anything happen with the motorcycle and thirdly they are very understanding and friendly people. Most people would say that all dealerships are friendly and understanding. Name me one. There are none because they are always complaining on how we as the consumers are at fault.

Harley Davidson's primary objective is to get people out of their comfort zones and give them an experience a dream worth remembering. They want them to change the way they see motorcycles and perhaps make them realise that there is nothing better than a ride down the road on the back of a Harley Davidson motorcycle.
